  • Mental Health:  Provide SUD dual diagnosis treatment with mental health diagnosis, including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, etc. 







PATIENT DRUG TESTING:

There are many situations where an individual may be required to provide a drug or alcohol test to fulfill a legal requirement that they are or will remain free from illegal substance use or alcohol abuse. Wellsprings Recovery Center has partnered with US Drug Test Centers to be able to provide drug & alcohol testing services throughout the entire state of Ohio (and nationwide, if needed) for our patients. US Drug Test Centers drug testing specialists work directly with our team to be able to provide you with the exact testing you need.

Outpatient Biopsychosocial Assessment

A patient may need access to our services for the sole purpose of obtaining a biopsychosocial assessment due to a DUI, court referral, or other reason. Outpatient assessments are conducted by a licensed Clinical Supervisor who will provide treatment recommendations to the patient based on the outcome of the assessment. Referrals to other levels of care can be made depending on a patient's specific circumstances and needs. A full assessment is normally 90 to 120 minutes in length.






Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Winter Hours

Our intensive outpatient program's (IOP) Winter schedule is designed for those who are not able to attend treatment during the day. Participants can still attend work or school, while receiving substance use disorder (SUD) services. The 9-hour weekly telehealth sessions are: Saturdays and Sundays for 2 hours (10:00am to 12:00 noon) and 2 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays (6:00pm to 8:00pm) + 1 hour of individual counseling at a prescheduled time. Participation may be 8 to 12 weeks depending on individual needs, progress, drug screens, and completion of treatment plan objectives. Limit 8 participants per counselor, per scheduled group session.

Non-Intensive Outpatient Evening Group Counseling

This two-hour, twice a week evening Telehealth group is designed for those who either have never had prior SUD treatment, or for those who  may need a higher level of care for substance abuse but want to take this first step as a steppingstone before fully committing to treatment. These educational sessions explain the medical model and cycle of addition along with how it effects one’s physical, mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual health and well-being both short-term and long-term. Pre-registration is required. Limit 10 participants per counselor, per scheduled group session. 





After-Care Support and Relapse Prevention Group

Adults who have already completed a treatment program or is seeking after-care or ongoing support, this one (1) hour, weekly Telehealth group session is designed to help maintain a solid foundation for life-long recovery. Group topics will include stressors, loneliness, hopelessness, relapse warning signs, triggers, and coping skills. Group will be conducted by a licensed professional counselor. Telehealth group will be held during mid-morning hours on Saturdays. Pre-registration is required. Limit 12 participants per counselor, per scheduled group session.


Individual Counseling SessionThis one (1) hour session consists of the patient and counselor reviewing problems and or immediate concerns that may be individual to that patient, which may include but not limited to ongoing assessment, additional goals, or modifications to service plan and counselor recommendations. More frequent individual sessions may be recommended based on the client’s progress with their treatment plan and group therapy participation. 



Case Management Case Management involves linking patient and/or family members to either a higher level of care for substance abuse, crises intervention and/or other mental health or community agencies that serve to empower and enhance the client and family’s overall quality of life. This service is included with the individual counseling sessions as a joint effort by the counselor and patient.  




Family Education Sessions

This 90-minute family session consist of the counselor educating families on the effects of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) within family systems and assisting family members in processing their emotions and behaviors.
